My wife and I were residents of Ruby Suites for 6 months while our home was under construction. We selected it over our other options since it met our needs so well. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, although there are several restaurants nearby for those times when cooking is not an option. We also enjoyed the use of the fitness center, game room, and roof top patio. The building is always kept very clean and is very secure. We came to appreciate the weekly housekeeping of the apartment. Everyone at Ruby Suites was very nice to work with. They were all friendly and responsive to our requests.

Our time at Ruby Suites has surpassed our expectations! We are relocating from Seattle and needed a temporary home base--Ruby Suites offered the perfect option. With furnished apartments and great amenities, including an onsite fitness center, restaurant, and mail room, we have access to everything we need as we settle in to Spokane. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive; making our transition to a new place less stressful. The centralized location, close to downtown on Ruby and Division, allows for quick work commutes, and provides easy access to surrounding neighborhoods, all of which has been invaluable as we search for our new, permanent home in the Inland Northwest.

I was new to town and learned of Ruby Suites through a realtor. Sheryl, at Ruby Suites, was so accommodating, making arrangements to meet me after hours so I did not have to move into a hotel first. My entire stay I felt welcomed and safe and I loved the modern, clean decor of Ruby Suites. Sheryl and Kathleen added warmth to the ambiance with their good natured hospitality, smile and service. I would definitely stay again and have recommended Ruby Suites to friends and family.

We commenced our stay at the Ruby after a tree landed on our home the night of the Wind Storm. It quickly became our "home away from home"! The stunning lobby welcomed us each night with a ballerina dancing on a large screen at the far end, and cozy fireplaces and a living wall of plants on either side. Soothing and quiet. The apartment was very nicely appointed with all of the necessities of daily life - even a washer and dryer. It felt very safe and secure! The fitness center helped us to stay healthy, both physically and mentally as we worked toward rebuilding our home. Most importantly, it was the staff who made our stay feel like a treasured experience. From our first contact with Sheryl, Robert, and Kathleen we knew we were in a space that would become our safe haven. They are amazing people who obviously love their work. Each one is dedicated to assuring the residents that their stay at the Ruby be a memorable venture. It was, and we are forever grateful!

The Ruby Suites was truly a gem of a find. We had recently relocated to Spokane and purchased a home that was not move in ready. My job was starting and I was in need of a temporary place to call home. Not really thrilled with the idea of a hotel environment, I was looking for more of a short term apartment, but I did not want to have to deal with hooking up utilities, internet access and putting up various deposits. I was also not quite sure of the timeline. The Ruby Suites was perfect, as everything is included for one fee. The fact that the apartment was furnished, including towels, sheets, equipped kitchen was an added bonus, not to mention the weekly cleaning service. The location is ideal, and the apartment clean and bright. The staff is very professional as well as friendly and accommodate ng. I feel so fortunate to have found such a place to call home until home is ready.

Big appreciation and thanks for everyone at Ruby Suites. You’ve truly made us comfortable, almost like home, while we are displaced. You’ve all gone beyond the call. You’re so much more than ‘a hotel’. Continued success in the future. Actually, you may have a difficult time getting rid of us when our house is finished! We love it here!

Bev and I feel so fortunate to have found the Ruby Suites at the time of our urgent need to relocate to a facility that would be furnished and provide our need after our 32 in diameter, 90 foot Ponderosa Pine crashed into our home. We were told we suffered one of the most bruising damages from the historic wind storm on November 17, 2015. The Ruby Suites became a perfect option with its completely outfitted units, its ideal central location and the accommodating staff. We are anxious to return to our beautifully renovated home but it also comes with much nostalgia as we say good bye to the group that from the beginning provided much warmth to us. Words hardly express our sincere appreciation for Robert, Sheryl and lovable Kat for their gracious support. We also must add the dedication of workers who keep the facility so spiffy and clean that added greatly to our positive experience. We will heartily recommend the Ruby Suites to anyone who needs a “home away from home”.

We have had the privilege of leasing a one bedroom apartment at the Ruby Suites for nearly 3 months. Our time here has been an exceptional experience and we have been doted on from day one. Our apartment has been very quiet, new, fresh, insulated well and beautifully decorated...extremely comfortable with an awesome urban feel. The king size bed has scrumptious linens and we have received great night sleeps. The staff has been fabulous...always welcoming us as we walk through the lobby and providing top notch personal service. Housekeeping is provided weekly and Jane has done a phenomenal job servicing our unit, spoiling us rotten with taking such good care of our little temporary nest. We absolutely love it here and plan to lease again next year for three months. Feel very secure, fantastic location, and love patronizing Caruso's for incredible salads right below us. It has surely felt like home....it will be hard to leave.

My time at The Ruby is coming to an end this week. It is bitter sweet, as I love it here, but ready to go back to my home. I was displaced because a tree fell on my house last November. From the first day I walked in and met Sheryl and Kathleen I knew this was where I wanted to stay. Sheryl was so welcoming and very helpful with all of my questions. All of the staff are exceptionally great at their jobs and went out of their way for whatever it was that I needed. Clean,... quite, safe, comfortable and fun! I would highly recommend The Ruby Suites for an extended stay. I loved being so close to restaurants and downtown! I will miss my weekend walks through Riverfront Park. Thank you, Sheryl and Kathleen and your wonderful staff (too many to name) for a 5 month "home away from home" stay. I will miss you all but will come and visit when invited to your get togethers!

We stayed at Ruby Suites the summer of 2016 for three months. It's the best place we have ever stayed! The facility was always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had housekeeping once a week and they did a great job. Most particularly, Ruby Suites is quiet and everything is new and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown and freeway. Also, a plus for us is it's pet friendly.

Ruby Suites is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are beautiful and clean; the housekeeping is excellent. The gym is well equipped. The staff organizes special social activities such as watching fireworks on the Fourth of July or having parties so that the residents can meet each other. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We really appreciate everything that the staff members do for the residents.

My husband and I have stayed at the Ruby Suites for three summers in a row. Each year is better than the last, even through Covid. The ease of staying here is a huge plus but it offers much more than a great location. There are a lot of wonderful amenities. The one amenity that originally hooked me was the weekly housekeeping. The staff is top notch - kind, courteous, and efficient. We stay in several similar residents throughout the year and we find that the Ruby Suites far outshines them. The one thing that all the other establishments don’t have is Ruby’s manager Sheryl Stone. Sheryl is very quick to respond and she along with her staff create an environment that makes you feel that you are “at home”. I’m sure we will be back next summer.
